1. What types of slime does Mendlight sell? We offer a wide variety including:
- Clear & glossy slimes
- Fluffy & cloud slimes
- Butter & soft clay slimes
- Jelly & fishbowl slimes
- Glitter, metallic, & unicorn slimes
- Crunch slimes with charms/beads
- Glow-in-the-dark & scented slimes (fruity, sweet, fresh scents)
All are non-toxic, stretchy, and satisfying – perfect for sensory play, stress relief, or ASMR fun!
2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular for slime lovers!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your slime is squishing its way to you!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring more options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unopened, unused slime containers. If your slime arrives damaged, melted (due to shipping heat), or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll send a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. Note: Opened slime is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Is your slime safe for kids? Yes – most of our slimes are made with child-safe, non-toxic ingredients (we avoid borax in many formulas and use safer activators). They’re suitable for ages 6+ (supervision recommended for younger kids). Always do a patch test if your child has sensitive skin, and avoid ingestion.
7. How do I care for and store my slime? Keep in the airtight container provided to prevent drying. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme heat (slime can melt in hot cars/trucks during summer shipping). If it gets sticky, knead in a tiny bit of activator (included with some orders) or baby powder. If it hardens, add a drop of water and knead.
